All payments are due at time of final booking. Meaning, once you have accepted sketches, confirmed selections and/or secured dates, you are BOOKED.

We will work diligently to resolve any issues or concerns that our clients may have promptly and efficiently. The Polished Maven reserves the right to change, amend or revoke this policy at any time. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our clients based on trust, respect, and confidence.
